PROGRAM'S BACKGROUND
Fleet management is a function that allows companies who rely on transportation in their business, to remove or minimize the risks associated with vehicle investment. Effective fleet management leads to improved efficiency, productivity and reducing overall transportation and staff costs, whilst ensuring compliance with government legislation. While this role can be managed by either an in-house fleet-management department or outsourced provider, this course explores the benefits, costs and risks that exist for companies choosing to manage the function themselves.
