Collection of Data
We collect your personal data when you ask for information about one of our courses or when you register or are registered by your employer in one of our courses. To process your inquiries and registrations, we collect your name, email and postal addresses, phone number, and, if applicable, company and type of business. To process enrollments, we ask for your name, email and postal addresses, phone number, company name and address and job title.
We may also use your postal and email addresses to send you information about further professional training, and other services or products similar to those you have ordered from us. If you do not wish us to send you this additional information, you can let us know by following the unsubscribed instructions that we include in every email, or by sending us notice of your preferences at info@pioneerscenter.com.
Applicable Laws
We control and operate the Site from our offices in Egypt. We do not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. All parties to these Terms of Service waive their respective rights to a trial by jury.

The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under the Terms of Service shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and you further agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
