PROGRAM'S BACKGROUND
For any type of supervisor, there are a number of basic supervisory skills that you need to follow as a set of rules. From writing performance reviews, to motivating employees, to effective communication skills, to giving and receiving feedback, you need a set of skills to draw upon in your job. More than just basic skills, many current supervisors often need a refresher on their skills to handle their employees on a regular basis, or to grow in their supervisory role.
Supervision plays a vital role necessary to implement an organization’s business objectives to achieve stability and growth. Supervisory role helps the implementation of business policies and strategies established by the senior management, their immediate staff, and everybody else who possesses authority delegated by people with management responsibility. This program has been designed for practicing or aspiring supervisors and team leaders to consider the skills and behaviors required by the role and to begin the process of developing these skills.
